FAQ

Questions we hear before every move.

What if the migration takes longer than expected?

The price stays the same. The only thing that changes a quote is a change in scope you ask for, such as adding users or another domain, and we agree that in writing first.

We don't have a domain name yet. Can you help?

Yes. We'll register a .com.au or .au domain for your business and set it up as part of the job.

Will we lose any email during the switch?

No. Mail is copied before cutover and synced again afterwards, so anything that arrives mid-switch still lands in the new mailbox.

Do we need to buy Microsoft 365 licences first?

We'll recommend the right plan during the assessment and can supply the licences, or set up the ones you already have.

Do you work outside Sydney?

Yes. Migrations are done remotely anywhere in Australia, with onsite help available across Sydney.
